If you buy online, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law, during which you can return the device for a full refund even if you've simply changed your mind. For in-store purchases, returns are also accepted within 14 days, provided the device is in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refurbished devices have a 12-month warranty. This warranty does not cover; moisture damage, physical damage or damage/ malfunction caused by use in unsuitable environments.
