Annual Price Adjustment
Personal customers
What is the Annual Price Adjustment?
Each April, the monthly cost of Vodafone plans may increase. This adjustment helps support continued investment in the network and is included in your contract terms.
How much will my plan increase by?
From April each year, your plan will increase by a fixed monthly amount:
€2.50 for mobile SIM‑only plans
€3.50 for mobile plans with a handset
€3.50 for broadband‑only, broadband & voice, and voice‑only plans
€4.50 for broadband & TV bundles
Does this affect all customers?
Yes, the adjustment applies to all Vodafone mobile and fixed plans. If you signed up before 16 October 2024, your price adjustment may be calculated differently, based on the terms of your contract.
When will I see this on my bill?
You’ll see the updated price reflected on your bill from April, following the annual adjustment.
Can I cancel my contract because of the price increase?
The Annual Price Adjustment is part of your contract terms, so it doesn’t usually give you the right to cancel without penalty.

Business customer
I am a business customer. How does this impact my business?
If you signed up on or after October 16, 2024 or received a contract change notification from us:
This affects all Vodafone Business Mobile or Fixed plans. It applies to Vodafone Business SOHO and SME customers.
Each April, your monthly price plan charge will increase by the below amount:
For Business mobile plans:
€2.03 ex VAT per month for mobile SIM only plans.
€2.85 ex VAT per month for mobile plans with handset.
For Business fixed plans:
€2.85 ex VAT per month for broadband only plans, broadband and voice plans, and voice only plans.
The above adjustment will be applied to your bill starting April 2025.
If you signed up before October 16, 2024:
You will see an increase in your monthly price plan charge each April, based on the annual Consumer Price Index (“CPI”) plus 3%. We use the CPI figure published by the Central Statistics Office (“CSO”) in January and apply the change in April each year, in line with your terms and conditions. In the event that the CPI rate is negative, then no CPI amount is applicable but the additional 3% will still apply.
2026 Price Adjustment Examples
In April 2026 we implemented a price adjustment of 5.8%. This is the combination of the CPI inflation rate of 2.8% published by the CSO in January 2026 and the additional 3%. For example:
A customer paying €45 per month on RED Business Unlimited Lite would see their plan increase by €2.61 a month from their April 2026 bill.
A customer paying €55 per month on RED Business Unlimited would see their plan increase by €3.19 a month from their April 2026 bill.
A customer paying €60 with an introductory discount of €20 per month for Simply Broadband Business 500 would see their plan increased by €3.48 a month from their April 2026 bill.
A customer paying €70 with an introductory discount of €20 per month for Office Essentials Business 2000 would see their plan increase by €4.06 a month from their April 2026 bill.
What is the maximum amount that can be rolled over?
The max amount you can rollover is whatever you have remaining in your plan. For example, if you are on EXTRA (30 GB) and you use 26 GB you therefore have 4 GB to rollover once you re-activate your offer. This will give you a balance of 30 GB + 4 GB = 34 GB (Rollover from previous month).
