What is Sure Signal?

Exclusive to Vodafone customers, Sure Signal uses your broadband line to give you strong phone coverage throughout your home* or office.

And it's not just for you – up to 9 friends, family and colleagues using the Vodafone network can get the benefit of full mobile strength too.

With Sure Signal you can:

  • register up to 10 Vodafone mobile numbers
  • get up to 4 simultaneous calls or data sessions

How does Sure Signal work?

For Sure Signal to work you will need

  • 3G or 4G phone
  • Fixed broadband in your home or office (with either Vodafone or another provider)
  • Minimum broadband speeds of 3mbps or higher

Where can I buy Sure Signal?

You can order a Sure Signal booster in your local Vodafone store. We will set your Sure Signal up with your registered numbers and have it delivered to your preferred delivery address a few days later.

If you have your broadband with Vodafone, the Sure Signal booster is just €49. If you are a Vodafone mobile customer and your broadband is with another provider a Sure Signal costs €99.

How to set up Sure Signal

Sure Signal is really easy to setup. Just plug it in and connect it to your broadband modem and we'll do the rest. To benefit from Sure Signal, you need:

  • poor or no mobile coverage in your home
  • a 3G handset
  • a fixed broadband connection with a speed of 3Mbps or higher

Already got Sure Signal?

You can change and manage your existing numbers for your Sure Signal device by emailling us. Please include the following:

  • Your name.
  • Your mobile number.
  • Sure Signal serial number (serial number is located at the back of your Sure Signal device. It's a number with 11 digits).
  • Let us know which mobile numbers you want to connect to your Sure Signal - you can have your number and up to nine additional numbers using it at any one time.

Please note, this request will replace your current list and so you should list all the numbers you want to connect to your Sure Signal, including any you have previously registered.
