What do I need to complete an order?

In order to complete an order for home phone & broadband with Vodafone, you will need the following information:

  1. BIC (Bank Identifier Code).
  2. IBAN (International Bank Account Number).
  3. If you are switching from another provider: eir and Sky customers
    • UAN (Universal Account Number): This will be printed on the bill from your current provider, probably in the top right hand corner.
    Virgin Customers
    • Virgin Account ID: This is an 8-digit number that is printed on your Virgin bill in the top right hand corner.

When we call you back, we'll ask you to:

  • Provide direct debit and payment information

My address wasn't found, can I use my landline number to check my line?

Yes, you can. Below the 'Address' field, just choose 'Use landline number to check line speed'. This will allow you to enter your landline number to check the line.
