Pay as you go returns

Change of mind returns form is for pay as you go orders only:

You can use this form for returning:

  • pay as you go phones, tablets or modems
  • accessories

All change of mind returns will be sent to our quality department for testing. Any phone that has been used for sending or receiving voice, text or MMS calls or messages will not be accepted as a return order, and will be returned to you within 14 working days.

Returning your order

  1. Complete the form below and submit.
    Please note: Our supplier can only accept order numbers beginning with "2", which you will find in your confirmation email. If your confirmation email does not contain this number, then go to the tracking order page and log in using the order number from your confirmation email. If your order begins with “o” e.g, o406XXXXXX then you can get this "2" number by doing the following:
    • Find your order number in your order confirmation email.
    • Go to our track your order page
    • Insert your Order number and your E-mail address as directed, then click on View status
    • Your order number should now be visible. It is the number which begins with a "2".

  2. Print out the next page and return it with your pay as you go phone, tablet, modem or accessory to:

Bill pay returns

For all bill pay returns, you should contact the helpdesk on 1907.

You can use the helpdesk for returning:

  • bill pay phones, tablets or modems

Note: there is no drop-in service offered by our supplier.

Checklist

Please ensure you return the following items:

  • A print-out of the 'Return your order' confirmation page
  • Pay as you go phone, tablet or modem (without physical damage) or
  • Accessory (without physical damage)
  • Charger
  • Battery
  • Manufacturer manual
  • Packaging

*Please make sure all the details you provide in the form above are exactly as they were on your order. If not the form will fail and you will get an error.

**The order number should begin with '24'.

***If your phone is faulty after 28 days please call into your nearest Vodafone retail store
