From 1st November 2015 the Vodafone Cloud service will no longer be available. In order to safeguard your content for continued personal use, you’ll need to download all the content currently in your Vodafone Cloud

We have reviewed our products and services, and from 1st November 2015 Vodafone Cloud will no longer be available.
From 8th September the Vodafone Cloud app will no longer be available and you will no longer be able to upload any content to Vodafone Cloud. You will have until 1st November to download your content via the Vodafone Cloud web portal.

What is the best way to download my content from Vodafone Cloud?

The simplest way to remove the files you have saved in Vodafone Cloud is to log into the Vodafone Cloud website and download the content to you laptop or PC. Click this link to go to the Vodafone Cloud website https://cloud.vodafone.ie/web/


How do I download the content saved on my Vodafone Cloud via the Cloud website?

To download any content you saved to your Vodafone Cloud simply visit the Cloud website on your PC https://cloud.vodafone.ie/web/ and log in.

Step 1:
On the homepage you will see the list of files you have saved under 'all files'. Select the files you want to download and select 'download' at the top of the screen.

Step 2:
As soon as you click 'download' your files will start automatically downloading to your laptop or PC in zip file format. Once the zip file download is complete you can save your content to your laptop or PC.

Step 3:
Once you have downloaded all of your content you need to cancel your Cloud subscription. To do this click > upgrade now > if you want to delete your Cloud account click here > confirm


How do I download the content saved on my Vodafone Cloud via the Cloud app?

To download content saved on your Vodafone Cloud, simply open the Vodafone Cloud app on your mobile

Step 1:
We recommend that you connect to Wi-Fi before downloading your content from Vodafone Cloud to avoid data charges.

Step 2:
Select 'all files' in the menu > click open > long press on one file > select 'all' from the drop down menu and then select 'download'.

Step 3:
Once you have downloaded all of your content you need to cancel your Cloud subscription. To do this go to settings > account information > cancel subscription

Please note that the app will be permanently closed on 8 September. After the 8 September you will still be able to download your content via the Vodafone Cloud webpage until 1 November https://cloud.vodafone.ie/web/. If you want to remove your content using the Vodafone Cloud app please do so before 8 September


How do I transfer my content from Vodafone Cloud to Vodafone Backup+?

If you have lots of files saved on Vodafone Cloud, the best thing to do is download them to your PC and then upload them to Dropbox. Once your files are in Dropbox they will be safe and easy to access anywhere alongside any photos or videos you automatically back up to Dropbox from your mobile using Backup+


Is there a way to automatically transfer my files to another cloud storage service?

No, you will need to follow the guidelines on how to download your files from Vodafone Cloud and then upload them into an alternative cloud storage solution


I currently pay to use Vodafone Cloud. Will I continue to be charged?

If you pay to use Vodafone Cloud you will stop paying as soon as we freeze your account on 8 September 2015. Don't forget, you can cancel your subscription before this time should you wish to by visiting the cloud website https://cloud.vodafone.ie/web/ or calling customer care on 1907 (billpay customers) or 1740 (PAYG customers)


How do I cancel my Vodafone Cloud subscription?

To cancel your subscription via the Vodafone Cloud website simply visit the Cloud website on your PC https://cloud.vodafone.ie/web/ and log in.

Step 1:
On the left hand side of the homepage you will see an option to 'upgrade now'.

Step 2:
Click on upgrade now > a pop up will appear > in the pop up click 'if you want to delete your Vodafone Cloud account click here'

Step 3:
Click 'confirm' to cancel your subscription.

Please make sure that you have downloaded any content you want to keep before doing this.


I can't remember my Vodafone Cloud password, how can I access my account?
In order to retrieve your password you will need to go to the Vodafone Cloud website https://cloud.vodafone.ie/web/ and click 'login'.

Step 1:
Select the option retrieve password

Step 2:
Enter the number you used to register for Cloud > an email with a password reset link will be sent to the email address you used to register for Vodafone Cloud

Step 3:
Open the email and follow the link to reset your password
