Vodafone General Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Vodafone unless otherwise stated.
  2. In order to enter any competition, customers must correctly undertake the task set or answer the question correctly as the case may be. Competitions are only open to those people identified as being permitted to enter or requested to enter as the case may be. Competitions are not open to Vodafone employees, agents, contractors or sub-contractors - or their families.
  3. Customers entering any competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  4. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other conditions in the messaging or promotions around such competition or they will be invalid. One entry is permitted per person. Entries from agents/third parties are invalid.
  5. Vodafone accepts no responsibility or liability for entries or information relating to entries that are lost.
  6. An independent judge will pick the winning entry or entries at random from valid entries received. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Any prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising such competition. No cash or other alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
  8. Vodafone reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter any prize or substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification. In the event that the winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or Vodafone is unable to contact the winner after reasonable efforts have been made, Vodafone may award the prize to another entrant, selected at random.

June 2013 Bill Pay Competition 2013

1. These terms and conditions apply to the competition being run by Vodafone in which certain customers can win a Samsung Galaxy S4. The competition is only open to individuals that sign up to a Bill Pay Plan between June 10 and July 10 2013 and are connected customers at the time of the draw.

2. The draw will take place on July 25 2013.

3. Only one prize per customer will be permitted

4. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Vodafone the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as Vodafone may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

5. The winner(s) will be contacted within 3 working days of the draw taking place by a representative of Vodafone. In circumstances where the competition winner(s) cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, Vodafone reserves the right to select another winner.

WipEout® 2048 Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. To receive the WIPEOUT® 2048 PROMOTION PlayStation®Network (PSN) voucher code you will need to first register on myvodafone.ie the Vodafone SIM card that shipped in box with the PS Vita system or which you were given when you purchased the PS Vita system in a Vodafone Retail channel.
  2. Details of the voucher code will be sent to the email address which you enter during registration on myvodafone.ie. For PS Vita systems purchased in Sony Channels only SIMs shipped in box will be eligible for this offer.
  3. Pay as you go customers will need to TopUp by €20 in one go on the PS Vita system to be eligible for this offer.
  4. WIPEOUT® 2048 PROMOTION PSN voucher codes will be distributed within 10 days of registration for bill pay customers and within 10 days of TopUp by €20 for pay as you go customers. Details will be sent to the email address provided during myvodafone.ie registration.

Vodafone With Compliments

  1. These terms and conditions apply to Vodafone’s With Compliments programme (“With Compliments”)
  2. With Compliments offers are only open to selected existing Vodafone Ireland mobile customers. Each will be provided on a quarterly basis and will contain additional terms and conditions relating specifically to that offer.
  3. By selecting a With Compliments offer, you will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound accordingly.
  4. Your selected monthly offer will be applied to your account as notified by Vodafone and will continue for three months thereafter.
  5. By selecting a With Compliments offer, you agree that Vodafone may contact you with updates on any future With Compliments offers. Should you wish to be removed from our With Compliments programme, please do so via Vodafone.ie/withcompliments.
  6. Vodafone and its agents will comply with all Data Protection laws and your personal data will be handled in accordance with Vodafone's privacy policy.
  7. Vodafone will not offer a cash alternative to any With Compliments offers/vouchers.
  8. Vodafone will not enter into correspondence relating to issues customers may have with third parties in relation to the With Compliments programme.

Vodafone DIT Fashion Award Prize 2012

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Vodafone unless otherwise stated.
  2. Customers entering any competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  3. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other conditions in the messaging or promotions around such competition or they will be invalid. Vodafone accepts no responsibility or liability for entries or information relating to entries that are lost.
  4. Independent judges will pick the winner from the selected finalists. The decision is not influenced by Vodafone at any stage.
  5. Any prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising such competition. The cash prize consists of €2,000 cash and an opportunity for the winning fashion designer to feature his/her designs in a future Vodafone campaign. The choice of the campaign to feature the designs is purely at Vodafone’s discretion and choice.
  6. Vodafone reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter any prize or substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification. Win a spin with Jenson Button Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition will run from 23rd April 2012 through facebook.com/vodafoneplayground. The competition will remain open until 25th May 2012.
  2. The winner will be contacted on before Monday 28th May 2012 by a representative of Vodafone. In circumstances where the competition winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts Vodafone reserves the right to select another winner.
  3. In order to enter this competition, customers must answer the competition questions correctly to be in with a chance to win.
  4. This promotion is only open to entrants over 18 years of age and are resident in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Employees of Vodafone and connected members of their families are excluded from the competition.
  5. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of the competition.

  11. The winner will be required to sign a disclaimer should an accident or injury occur during the track run.
  12. The prize is as stated in these terms and conditions.   14. In circumstances where the Bavaria Street Race is cancelled or postponed or the winner is unable to avail of the prize for any reason Vodafone shall have no liability whatsoever to the entrants or the winner.
  15. In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct or results of the competition, these terms and conditions or any other matters relating to the competition; the decision of Vodafone shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

PLEASE NOTE: The winner is responsible for ensuring that they meet the requirements to travel and are in possession of suitable identification and meet criteria that is required by both Vodafone Ireland and Vodafone McLaren Mercedes. In the event that the winner does not meet the requirements Vodafone or Vodafone McLaren Mercedes will not be held liable for this and will offer the prize to another competition entrant who has answered the competition question correctly. The prize is non-transferable and all competition winners must be available to attend the event in Dublin on June 3rd 2012. McLaren Mercedes Car Logo Competition Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions applicable to companies (“Entrants”) entering the McLaren Mercedes Car Logo competition, (the "competition"). The competition will run from 16th April until 9th May 2012. Closing date for entries will be 9th May at 5pm. One winner from the valid Entrants will be chosen to win the prize by Vodafone Ireland (with input from McLaren Mercedes). The prize (the "Prize") is for one entrant to have their company logo displayed on the McLaren Mercedes car during the Dublin City Racing on June 3rd. The size and position of the logo shall be at the discretion of Vodafone and McLaren Mercedes, In circumstances where the Dublin City Racing is cancelled or postponed or the McLaren Mercedes car does not attend the event Vodafone shall have no liability whatsoever to the entrants or the winner.

Eligibility

  1. This competition is open to all Vodafone customers that are start-up and small companies resident in Ireland. Any company entering the competition must be privately owned. Start-up means that the enterprise/business cannot be older than 5 years since its incorporation. Small business means the business employs less than 30 employees in total.
  2. In the event a successful applicant fails to comply with or meet any of the terms or requirements contained in these terms and conditions, any selection of his/her entry as a winning entry will be deemed void and the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, award the relevant prize to a reserve.
  3. The following people are not eligible to participate in the Competition: employees, contractors, directors and officers of the competition and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each).

    Entry

  4. The act must complete the online entry form
  5. Upon request the act must submit a sample of the company logo and a detailed description of their company profile and history.
  6. The entrant confirms that it, and in the event of a participant who is a legal entity, any of its directors, founders or shareholders, is not involved, directly or indirectly, in any illegal activity or any conduct which could have a negative impact on the name and/or reputation of Vodafone
  7. The entrant confirms that it has full rights and entitlement to use and display its logo and will fully indemnify Vodafone and it agents against any claims by a third party for copyright or trademark infringement.
  8. The act must submit contact details (with name, address, phone #, cell # and email address )
  9. Only one submission per entrant will be accepted.
  10. All entries will be evaluated based on criteria to be determined by Vodafone.
  11. All decisions made by the Preliminary Jury and/or the Jury are at their sole discretion, final and binding and cannot be contested or disputed. No correspondence will be entered into by Vodafone.

    Publicity

  12. Entrants grant Vodafone without limitation and Bavaria and without compensation the unconditional, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to include the entrant’s logo, name and any personal information submitted by the entrant for promotional purposes in any medium it sees fit.
  13. Entrants shall not engage in any publicity or promotional activities or make any public announcement about their participation in the competition without the prior written consent of Vodafone.

    Notification of Successful Entrants

  14. Vodafone will notify the winner of the competition by 20th May
  15. Vodafone reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition or any of the Prizes or to amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  16. Vodafone reserves the right to disqualify any entrants if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

  2. The competition is only open to individuals that received an SMS from Vodafone asking them to enter. Only one entry is permitted per account and Vodafone, its agents or employees are not permitted to enter.
  3. In order to enter any competition, customers must submit a valid email address by following the link or instructions contained in the SMS received.
  4. Customers entering any competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

The Vodafone Fanzone, CHQ Building, George's Dock, June 3rd

  1. To enter you must be at least 16 years old
  2. One entry per competition per person
  3. The competition will run from 10:00 – 18:00 from Saturday 2nd June – Sunday 3rd June 2012 inclusive.
  4. All participants must register before entering any of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes assets located on Georges Dock. The participant’s name, mobile phone numbers and email addresses will be entered into a computerised database
  5. The database will be located on a server under the IP address of 78.109.165.0/255
  6. All participants will be given an option to register via the social media website Facebook. In that case the only details taken from the participant will be the Facebook username and password
  7. All participants must complete the above registration in order to be eligible for any of the competitions ran on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes assets
  8. Vodafone will make reasonable efforts to fulfil all elements of the promotion stated but cannot be held responsible for failing to fulfil certain elements if beyond the control of the promoter
  9. The prize is subject to availability and confirmation and in the event that the prize is not available, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered as a replacement.

  1. The competition will run from 9th July 2012 to Friday 20th July 12pm.

Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme

The following terms and conditions for the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of the Vodafone bill pay and pay as you go terms and conditions. When you sign up to Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme you are agreeing that to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to join Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme

Vodafone bill pay and pay as you go

  1. The Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme is run in conjunction with the GAA as an official GAA Give-Back Partner programme.
  2. In order to be eligible to join Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme you must be a current Vodafone Ireland mobile bill pay or pay as you go customer and be resident on the island of Ireland.
  3. Vodafone Ireland mobile bill pay and pay as you go customers who wish to join Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme should visit www.supportyourgaaclub.ie and nominate the GAA Club on the island of Ireland that they want to benefit from the programme.
  4. In all circumstances it is the responsibility of the person nominating the GAA Club to obtain the consent of the Vodafone Ireland account holder.
  5. The Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme is open to Vodafone Ireland mobile pay as you go, Perfect Choice and Perfect Fit customers or those customers on a legacy bill pay plan. Vodafone customers can only nominate one club per total bill notwithstanding the fact that there may be more than one mobile number on that bill. The Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme is not available to SME, Corporate, broadband or Vodafone at Home customers. Vodafone in its absolute discretion shall determine which customers shall be regarded as eligible for the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme.

How does Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme work?

  1. Your nominated GAA Club will receive a “contribution” from Vodafone Ireland equivalent to 5% of your monthly bill (exclusive of VAT), provided your account is not in arrears of payment, or 5% of Top Ups made (exclusive of VAT) and subject to certain terms and conditions which are agreed with your nominated club.
  2. The contribution will be calculated on the basis of the following:
  • (a) For bill pay Customers – 5% of the monthly bill (exclusive of VAT); and
  • (b) For pay as you go Customers – 5% of the total Top Ups made to your phone (excluding VAT, registration credit and any other loyalty credits) during the relevant period.
  1. Vodafone will make contributions to your nominated participating Club every three months.
  2. Each GAA Club must be registered with Vodafone Ireland in order to receive payments.
  3. Only officially affiliated GAA Clubs are eligible to receive contributions for Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme.
  4. Vodafone reserves the right to use details of amounts raised by the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme for advertising and promotional purposes.
  5. Vodafone or Vodafone Agents may from time to time contact you by post, telephone, e-mail or text message providing information on various aspects of the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme. You hereby consent to such contact. If you do not wish to receive such details you should contact Vodafone Customer Care.
  6. GAA Club members or supporters who are not Vodafone Ireland customers attempting to sign up for the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme are not eligible but by attempting to register for the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme you consent to being contacted by a Vodafone representative regarding the Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme and/or the benefits of switching to the Vodafone Ireland network.
  7. If you cease to be a Vodafone Ireland customer any unpaid contributions due to your nominated GAA Club will be lost.
  8. Once you have nominated your GAA Club you can only change it once every 28 days by e-mailing Vodafone Ireland at the address provided on the website and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their nominations are kept up to date and accurate. If you change your nominated Club, all contributions other than those contributions already paid to the Club by Vodafone, will transfer to your new nominated Club.
  9. Duration of Vodafone Support Your GAA Club programme
  1. Vodafone reserves the right in the manner agreed with the GAA to (i) suspend or cease the programme (ii) and/or to amend and modify these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions for receiving Vodafone employee advantage discount

  1. Your employment with your company may permit you to obtain mobile services from Vodafone Ireland Limited at a discount on the monthly line rental on eligible mobile phone tariff plans, Vodafone At Home line rental and broadband and/or on a mobile broadband modem purchase price provided you meet the other requirements set forth in the Vodafone customer contract.
  2. Full details of the available discounts will be provided in the posters and other marketing collateral displayed at your place of work.
  3. The discount only applies to one connection for your use only.
  4. The discount is based on your employer‘s agreement with Vodafone. From time to time, your discount rate may be adjusted or withdrawn by Vodafone for valid commercial or business reasons.
  5. You must be a full time employee at the company to avail of any discount. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw the discount if you leave the company or if the company ceases to be a Vodafone customer.
  6. Any discount on your Perfect Choice tariff may take up to 30 days to take effect, the Vodafone At Home discount will be applied immediately. Any discount on a modem purchase price can only be redeemed through an online purchase and will be immediately applied to the purchase price.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions and form part of the general customer terms and conditions of the Vodafone that relate to the use of Vodafone mobile telecommunications services.

Trade-In Offer

The trade-in offer is available to any prepay or pay monthly customer who is porting in to Vodafone, first time connecting or upgrading tariff on the Vodafone network. The trade in handset must be presented to Vodafone retail store sales staff prior to completion of the purchase of the new handset to be eligible. You cannot trade in your handset post sale.

Any handsets meeting the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions will entitle the owner to a discount off the purchase of a new pay monthly, pre-pay, upgrade or SIM free handset from Vodafone. Only one trade-in is accepted per connection and the trade-in offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Trade-in values are subject to change from month to month and Vodafone reserve the right to alter trade-in values on various handsets. Trade-in values and RRP’s on handsets may vary from channel to channel. The trade-in offer applies to a limited list of handsets, full list available in store and online. Vodafone will have the final decision on all device values.

No cash, credit or voucher alternative will be available to the customer if trade-in value is in excess of the RRP of the handset, and in such circumstances the customer’s options are as follows:

  1. Customer can purchase a higher priced handset in order to avail of the discount;
  2. Customer can donate the trade-in handset to the recycling programme which is in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation.

Once you have traded in your handset, it will not be returned to you under any circumstances.

Your handset

Each handset traded-in by you should match the make and model stated when registering your order and meets the following conditions:

  1. The handset must turn on and off.
  2. The handset must be fully functional and complete.
  3. The screen must be in full working order and intact.
  4. The battery must be included and fully charged.
  5. The handset must not be crushed or liquid-damaged.
  6. The handset must be original and meet the manufacturer’s original specifications.
  7. The handset must have been purchased in Ireland and have Irish specifications.
  8. The handset must not be stolen or listed with us or a third party as stolen. The handset must not be a handset that you have purchased from Vodafone within the 30 days prior to trade in.

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE EITHER THE OWNER OF THE HANDSET OR HAVE OBTAINED PERMISSION FROM THE RIGHTFUL OWNER TO TRADE IN THE HANDSET.

You are responsible for cancelling any handset or airtime contract linked to each handset. We are not responsible for any call or other costs arising before, or after, receipt of your handset(s), or arising from any other circumstances whatsoever.

Please remove SIM and Memory cards before providing us your mobile. Any SIM or memory cards received by us will be destroyed, and so obviously cannot be returned. We accept no liability in the event that any phone that has been sent with its SIM or Memory card in any respect including for any charges subsequently incurred.

Customers must back up and remove their content (e.g. phone call records, images, emails, text messages etc) before trading in a handset. This includes but is not limited to all personal details, SMS, photos, videos, games, songs or other data. Vodafone will not accept responsibility for the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data. By sending your device to us you agree to release us from all and any losses, claims or damages with respect to the data enclosed or stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the device. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing Vodafone intends to fully clear down the contents of any devices before their re-use or sale. You will not have the opportunity to transfer any data at the point of trade in and Vodafone will not be liable for any damage, loss or erasure of any such data.

If you have a PIN or Password on any of your items you should remove this before submitting.

Right to Withdraw the Trade-In Offer / Right to Reclaim any Discount

Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw, modify or alter these terms or the trade-in offer at any time without notice.

Vodafone reserves the right to reclaim from you any discount issued with respect to this offer (via your debit/credit card or withhold it from any refund amount or otherwise) if any of the following occurs:

  1. information provided by you is incorrect;
  2. it is subsequently found that the handset you gave us was stolen; or
  3. if your new handset is returned or your new service contract is cancelled for any reason either during any returns period or during any minimum contract term (if applicable), the value of the trade in handset will be deducted from any refund due.

Limitation on Liability and Events Outside Of Our Control

Please remember that by sending your handset(s) to us, you agree to release us and our agents and employees from all and any claims, losses or damages with respect to the handset(s), any SIM card, any data stored or contained therein or on any media used in conjunction with the handset (whether in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is your responsibility to ensure that such data is removed from the handset(s) prior to you sending it to us.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.

Simply+ Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions of the Vodafone Simply Plus price plan are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions relating to both the Vodafone mobile communications service and Vodafone Perfect Choice.

  1. In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions of Vodafone Simply Plus will prevail.
  2. Existing bill pay customers who wish to move to Vodafone Simply Plus must have their account up to date and have completed their minimum contract term.
  3. Vodafone Simply Plus is a promotional price plan which will be available to connect to from March 14th to April 31st. Any request received after April 31st will not be eligible for connection to the price plan.
  4. Any Customer who avails of this Vodafone Simply Plus will receive the monthly allocation of voice minutes, text messages, email and web browsing applicable to the option chosen at the point of purchase.
  5. A Customer may use the monthly allocation of data to access Vodafone Live. Any unused allocation cannot be carried over to the next month.
  6. A Customer may use the monthly price plan allocation of Vodafone live! to view only on-net pages. These are WAP pages that are managed and hosted on the Vodafone live! portal. No carryover of a remaining balance into the next month is allowed.
  7. Customers making and receiving calls, sending texts and accessing data usage across the APN’s listed above, will incur a roaming charge when accessing those services outside of the Republic of Ireland. The default data roaming price plan shall be Vodafone Connect Abroad Daily. Customers on this plan who access data while abroad will incur the applicable roaming charge(s) listed under Vodafone Connect Abroad Daily.
  8. Calls over the internet (VoIP - Voice over Internet Protocol) and data sharing (peer to peer) are permitted under this Price plan.
  9. The plans come with free calls and texts to Vodafone numbers as default to the plans, please see Free Vodafone calls and texts terms and conditions for more information.
  10. Vodafone Simply Plus customers who wish to cease their contract, port to another operator or migrate to Vodafone pay as you go may do so at any time by giving written notice, which will be effective 30 days after Vodafone receives the request.
  11. After connecting to Vodafone Simply Plus, you may request to be moved to a Perfect Choice price plan at any time. Vodafone shall process any such request at the next billing date.
  12. Existing bill pay customers who have yet to complete their minimum contract term may not change to Vodafone Simply Plus until such a time as their existing contract period has expired.
  13. The Vodafone Simply Plus price plan does not facilitate subsidised handsets for new connections to Vodafone’s network; However, you may avail of any of the bill pay range of handsets at any time, subject to moving from Vodafone Simply Plus to a Vodafone Perfect Choice/ Perfect Choice Access Plus price plan monthly contract.

Business Referral Scheme – Self Employed Customers

Vodafone SOHO Business Referral Scheme

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to this offer:

  1. The scheme is available between Vodafone SOHO (Small Office Home Office) customers only. SOHO customers shall mean self employed people or VAT registered companies with 2 or less handsets. Vodafone in its absolute discretion shall determine which customers are SOHO customers.
  2. Existing Vodafone SOHO customers (the “referrer”) are invited to inform Vodafone of non-Vodafone customers (the “referee”) who they believe would like to become a Vodafone SOHO customer. The referee must qualify as a SOHO customer to avail of the offer (self employed or small office home office).
  3. Where you refer a business contact who then becomes a Vodafone SOHO customer you and your referred business contact will be eligible for a reward. The reward shall be a €50 discount off the referrer and referee’s next monthly bill. This includes out of bundle charges.
  4. If the Vodafone SOHO customer’s mobile monthly bill is less than €50 then the remaining credit will applied to the following month’s mobile bill.
  5. A person will qualify as a new SOHO Customer where they:
    1. were not immediately prior to referral by you a customer of Vodafone; and
    2. become a Vodafone SOHO Customer on any of the following business tariffs

  7. Where either party cancels their subscription or their subscription is suspended or terminated prior to collection of a reward no reward shall be provided to either party.
  8. This reward promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other third party discount or voucher schemes.
  9. You should ensure that you get your friends agreement before providing their details. You agree to your details being disclosed to the friends whose names you enter onto the website.
  10. Vodafone customers can avail of up to a maximum of three referrals.
  11. Vodafone will only store any of your friend’s personal information contained in a referral for as long as strictly necessary.
  12. Neither referrer nor referee will receive a referral reward where the referrer’s details were not supplied, or were inaccurately supplied, at point of order by the referee.

Vodafone At Home Refer a Friend Offer

  1. The scheme is available between Vodafone At Home (VAH) customers only.
  2. The referrer must be an active VAH bundle customer (Home Phone bundle or Home Phone + Fixed Broadband bundle).
  3. The referee must not have the same customer name, service address or telephone number as the referrer.
  4. The referee must not have been an active Vodafone At Home customer in the six months prior to the referral date.
  5. By activating a referral coupon, the referee agrees that Vodafone can confirm their status as a customer to the referrer.
  6. A customer may only refer up to 20 Friends in any one calendar year.
  7. The referee must sign up to a VAH bundle (Home Phone bundle or Home Phone + Fixed Broadband bundle) through vodafone.ie and redeem their coupon through My Vodafone At Home in order to activate the referral reward.
  8. The referral reward is payable to both parties only in the billing cycle after the referee’s first bill. If either party is ineligible for the reward during this billing cycle, then no reward is payable to either party.
  9. The referral reward will be a €40 (inc VAT) once-off bill discount for the referrer, and a €20 (inc VAT) once-off bill discount for the referee.
  10. The referral reward will not be paid to either party where:

  1. The Vodafone Gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.

  1. Unless otherwise stated, these terms and conditions apply in addition to the Vodafone General Competition Terms and Conditions (General Competition Terms) which can be found at Vodafone.ie/terms
  2. Customers entering the Competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  3. The Competition will run from 13 March 2013 to 8th April 2013 inclusive (the “Competition Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of the Competition Period.
