Keep your phone. Keep your number. Get up to €120 credit when you switch to Vodafone pay as you go from another network.

How much credit will I get?

When you buy a phone:

When you buy a new phone or upgrade your existing one, you'll get up to €20 credit.

Switching from another mobile provider? Get up to €120 credit and keep your current number

When you buy a SIM pack:

If you're getting a new number, we'll give you up to €50 credit over five months.

If you're keeping your number and switching from another mobile provider, we'll give you up to €120 credit over twelve months.

How do I get the credit?

Existing customers

If you were already a Vodafone customer before you bought your new phone, simply:

  1. Update your new phone details on My Vodafone.
  2. Top up by €20 or more in one go every 30 days to receive each of your stage credits.

New customers

Just joined Vodafone?

  1. Activate your account by calling 1741 and press 1 to hear your balance.
  2. Then register your details on My Vodafone.
  3. After initial registration you must top up by €20 or more in one go every 30 days to receive each of your stage credits.

You must register within 60 days of using your phone for the first time. After initial registration you must top up by €20 or more in one go every 30 days to receive each of your stage credits. You can only register one phone every 30 days. On upgrading, any existing registration credit will be replaced with your new registration credit. Switching offer is available until September 30, 2010. SIM-only offer available until September 30, 2010.
