How do I buy a text add on?

  • Sign in to My Vodafone
  • By Freetext: just type in Text 400, Text 200, or Text 100 and send to 50233
  • Call Freefone 1800 808 808 from your mobile, or contact customer care on 1747 (when calling from a mobile) or 1850 20 40 20  (when calling from a landline)
  • Sign up at any Vodafone store

How do I check my pay as you go credit balance?

 You can check your credit balance and text add on balance by:

  • Dialling 1741
  • Texting bal to 50233
  • Signing in to My Vodafone

Your revised credit balance will give you two amounts:

  1. The standard credit amount you have remaining
  2. The number of text messages left in your text add on package
