How does One Net Business work?

Vodafone One Net Business replaces your office call management system and connects your desk phones with your mobiles. It combines all your communications tools into one solution that is hosted in the cloud.

Is One Net Business right for me?

One Net Business is for small and medium-sized businesses who are looking to simplify their communications systems in an affordable way. It is Ireland’s first truly unified solution and will transform the way you work.

What can I expect during the installation process?

From receipt of your application form we expect the process to take up to 30 days in total, but don't worry, there will be a project co-ordinator dedicated to you throughout. They will contact you to give you their contact details should you have any queries during the installation process. Here are the steps:

  1. Site Survey - Our site services engineers will call you within 3 days to arrange a site survey to ensure One Net Business will meet your technical requirements.
  2. Review - Your dedicated project co-ordinator will call you to review the details of your survey and confirm your requirements
  3. Set up and migration - our site services engineers will visit your site to set up, configure and test your Vodafone One Net desk phones and ensure you know how to use them.
  4. Expert on-site training for your team so you get the most from your new system.

Finally, your project co-coordinator will contact you to give you details on how to use One Net and provide you some handy tips on how to make the most of the service.

Why use a hosted service instead of a phone system (PBX) on site?
