How much credit will I get?
When you buy a phone:
When you buy a new phone or upgrade your existing one, you'll get up to €20 credit.
Switching from another mobile provider? Get up to €120 credit and keep your current number
When you buy a SIM pack:
If you're getting a new number, we'll give you up to €50 credit over five months.
If you're keeping your number and switching from another mobile provider, we'll give you up to €120 credit over twelve months.
How do I get the credit?
Existing customers
If you were already a Vodafone customer before you bought your new phone, simply:
- Update your new phone details on My Vodafone.
- Top up by €20 or more in one go every 30 days to receive each of your stage credits.
New customers
Just joined Vodafone?
- Activate your account by calling 1741 and press 1 to hear your balance.
- Then register your details on My Vodafone.
- After initial registration you must top up by €20 or more in one go every 30 days to receive each of your stage credits.
