Transferring Ownership of a Mobile Phone Account

Leaving your job and need to transfer your mobile phone account?

It's easy to transfer the ownership of your work phone over to your own personal account. The account will be successfully transferred once the below downloadable form is fully completed by the existing Vodafone customer and the new customer.

To transfer, simply download the application form (PDF, 404 Kb). This is an editable form, so you can type in your details, using the tab button to navigate through the form. Once you have filled in the form, please return it to:

Customer and Channel Management, Vodafone, Ground Floor, Block C, Mountainview, Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

There is no carry over of unused inclusive minutes or texts.
