Enhanced Service Level Agreements

What is it?

Enhanced Service Level Agreements (ESLA) give business customers the extra care they require. In the event of an unplanned outage on the line, fault resolution is escalated, dependent on the ESLA you have. Resolution is guaranteed within the ESLA.
