What do I need to complete an order?

In order to complete an order for home phone & broadband with Vodafone, you will need the following information:

  • UAN (Universal Account Number) - This will be printed on the bill from your current provider, probably in the top right hand corner.
  • BIC (Bank Identifier Code).
  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number).

If you do not have any of these pieces of information you may need to contact our sales team on: 1800 805 014.

Please note that an operational landline is not included in Simply Broadband. If you have a landline based house alarm, you should contact your alarm company.

What do I need when you call me back?

When we call you back, we'll ask you to:

  • Confirm your chosen product, speed and monthly cost
  • Provide your personal details
  • Provide direct debit and payment information
Once you give us this information over the phone, your order will be complete.

My address wasn't found, can I use my landline number to check my line?

Yes, you can. Below the 'Address' field, just choose 'Use landline number to check line speed'. This will allow you to enter your mobile number to check the line.
