1. Your bill

When you receive your first bill, you'll notice that it includes broadband and landline charges. (If you're also a Vodafone Pay Monthly customer as well, you'll receive a separate bill for your mobile charges.)

Vodafone At Home services are charged in advance, so your first bill will probably be more than you expect because it includes charges for the first two months. After that, your bill will return to normal.

Our online services make it easy to manage your Vodafone At Home account online. Here’s what you can do:
