Damage arising out of a manufacturing defect (breakdown).
Theft, loss or damage of equipment left unattended in a public place (unless there is evidence of forcible violent entry/exit).
Theft, loss or damage of equipment not reported to Vodafone within 30 days of discovery.
Theft, loss or damage as a result of an attempted theft or malicious damage not reported to the Garda Síochána within a reasonable period of time.

In the unfortunate event that your phone has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact one of our customer care representatives on 1907 or if you are a business customer on 1800 30 80 20.
Our representatives will immediately dispatch a claims form to you and if necessary bar the handset to prevent any unauthorized usage on it.
