The quickest way is to get your PUK code in My Vodafone.

You can also get your PUK by calling Customer Care (from any landline or mobile).

7. I lost my phone/My phone was stolen. What do I do?

1. Contact us immediately so that we can prevent anyone from making or receiving calls on your phone. This will help to prevent any charges on your account.

If you have insurance with us, we'll make sure a claim form is sent to you straight away and advise you what to do next.

  • Pay Monthly: ring 1907 (from any phone)
  • Prepay: ring 1850 20 87 87 (from any phone)

2. Report the theft to the police
You’ll need to get the claim form stamped by the Gardai if you're going to make an insurance claim.

8. Who are these premium texts from?

If you have subscribed to a premium service, e.g. games or ringtones, you will regularly receive a number of messages to your phone beginning with 5XXXX.  These messages will charge you for the content you have received.

To unsubscribe from these services just text STOP to the 5XXXX number you received the message from.  You should then receive an SMS stating that you have been unsubscribed.  If you want to contact the Service Provider managing the service, you can do a shortcode search in www.regtel.ie

Not all 5XXXX numbers are subscription services.  Services, e.g. TV voting also use 5XXXX, however customers will only be charged each time they text the number.
