The customer will continue to be charged for the Broadband Only service until a written instruction to cease the service is received by Vodafone.
Miscellaneous
From 1st September 2010, all Vodafone At Home bundles will include a monthly usage allowance, defined as the combined download + upload usage. In the event that, in any given month, the customer exceeds the monthly usage allowance for their chosen broadband Package, Vodafone shall be entitled to charge the customer €1.00 per GB (or part thereof) for any additional capacity usage.
Customers of Vodafone At Home Talk Offpeak / Anytime + a fixed broadband service (Value / Ideal / Ultimate Broadband) who transfer their fixed broadband to another operator your bundle, will move to the equivalent Vodafone At Home Talk Offpeak / Anytime package.
If a customer orders a fixed broadband service (Value / Ideal / Ultimate Broadband) from Vodafone, and the specified landline becomes ineligible for fixed broadband, then the customer will be activated on to the relevant Talk bundle (Talk / Talk Offpeak / Talk Anytime).
If a customer orders a fixed broadband service (Value / Ideal / Ultimate Broadband) from Vodafone as part of a landline connection or reconnection order, Vodafone cannot guarantee availability of the fixed broadband service until the landline has been reconnected. The customer will be liable for the relevant Talk bundle (Talk / Talk Offpeak / Talk Anytime) from the date on which the landline is connected or reconnected.
Talk Offpeak packages include free fixed to fixed local and national offpeak* calls for up to 60 minutes per call. For maximum savings, in the 59th minute hang up and re-dial. Charging will commence after 60th minute.
Talk Offpeak packages include free fixed offpeak* calls to any Vodafone Ireland mobile number. A total monthly usage cap of 200 minutes applies for this service. The maximum call length for a single free call within the monthly 200 minutes usage is 60 minutes. Charging will commence after 60th minute.
Talk Anytime packages include fixed to fixed local and national anytime calls for up to 60 minutes per call. For maximum savings, in the 59th minute hang up and re-dial. Charging will commence after 60th minute.
Talk Anytime packages include free fixed anytime calls to 3 customer-nominated Vodafone Ireland mobile numbers. A total monthly usage cap of 200 minutes applies for this service. Changes to the nominated numbers take effect after the following bill date.
The customer may use these services for consumer, domestic and/or personal purposes or in the course of a trade, business or profession which involves the participation of no more than three (3) individuals (or employees).
All new customers, upgrades and customers signing up to promotional offers from 19 May 2012 onwards will be charged on a per minute basis.
* Offpeak is 7pm to 7am Monday to Friday, and all weekend. Weekend is 7pm Friday to 7am Monday.
