With great online discounts, free next-day delivery and a simple returns policy, buying online with Vodafone is never a hassle.

Unfortunately - after 17 December - we can't guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, but we will try our best.

There will be no deliveries from the 22nd to the 1st. Deliveries will begin again on the 2nd.

 

Delivery: fast, free and hassle-free

  1. Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday and we’ll deliver your order the next working day
  2. Order after 1pm on Thursday and we’ll deliver within 2 working days
  3. Your package will arrive by An Post to your nominated daytime address (within the Republic of Ireland)

As delivery will need to be signed for, you may want to give your work address.

Best of all - delivery is always free.

Check the status of your online order anytime - though orders usually arrive so fast, you may not need to!

Buying as a new customer?

It’s easy to switch to Vodafone from another network. And you can always keep your current mobile number.

  1. When you order your phone or SIM card package online, we’ll ask for a few details, including your current network and whether you're on a pay as you go or bill pay plan. We'll also ask you for a preferred time and date to switch.
  2. We’ll aim to switch your number to Vodafone at your selected time. This can take as little as 2 minutes, and rarely takes more than 2 hours. During this time, your phone will be out of service.
  3. Once you receive your phone – and when you're ready to switch over (if you're a pay as you go customer you might want to wait until you use up your credit) – just give us a call: 1907 for bill pay and 1747 (from a mobile)  or 1850 20 40 20  (from a landline) for pay as you go customers.
  4. We'll send you a text with a 5-digit validation code: give this to your Customer Service Representative. We can then begin your switch.
  5. Once the process is complete, you'll see the Vodafone logo on your phone

Congratulations! You’re now a Vodafone customer and can start checking out our great online offers.

Buying gifts online

All our pay as you go phones (and any accessories) can be bought as gifts. And you can decide whether to have the package shipped to you or directly to the recipient.

You can easily confirm that you're on a secure web page by looking at the web address in your browser – secure pages start with "https" instead of "http".

Our returns policy

Less than 7 days

Get a full refund on any mobile broadband modem if you return it within 7 working days of receipt. Just call 1907 first to let them know it's on its way back.

Less than 14 days

Changed your mind? No problem – you can get a full refund on a phone or accessory if you return it, unused, within 14 working days of receipt. This is in accordance with Distance Selling regulations.

Less than 28 days

If your phone or accessory becomes faulty within the first 28 days, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

How to arrange returns up to 14 or 28 days:

Over 28 days

If your phone becomes faulty after 28 days but within the warranty time period for the phone, just go into your nearest Vodafone store and we will arrange to send it off for repair.

For accessories, the warranties are:

  • 6 months for batteries, chargers, & headsets
  • 3 months for memory cards
