You’ve Reached Your Data Roaming Spend Cap

If you’ve been directed to this page, you have reached your data roaming spend cap and have been barred from data roaming.

You should already have received a text message from us on your phone or your mobile broadband software, telling you how to extend past the spend cap.

Please refer to this text for instructions on how to continue. If the message asks you to enter a PIN when sending your request to continue, this PIN is the last 4 digits of your customer number. If you are not the bill payer you will need to source this from them along with their approval to continue.
