With Enhanced Broadband your connection is congestion-free – you don't share your broadband with other users in your area.
This means you always get the fastest broadband speed your line can support,up to a maximum of 8Mbps with our Value and Ideal broadband bundles and up to a maximum of 24Mbps with our ultimate broadband bundles.
You will get enhanced broadband – automatically and free– as soon as it's available in your area.
We'll have rolled out the service to 1 million lines by the end of this year – and we'll continue developing the service further.
If you live in one of the areas where the service is already available, we'll be in touch when your free upgrade to enhanced broadband happens.
Otherwise, once your exchange is upgraded, we'll contact you to let you know, and you'll get the upgrade for free.
