Vodafone Stay Mobile Insurance will cover all the costs of replacing your handset and it will be delivered to you within two working days (three days for repaired phones). So you won't have the hassle and cost of shopping for a replacement.
When you first bought your Vodafone mobile phone, we helped to finance it, but you may not be eligible for such a subsidy when you try to replace it. Without insurance a new phone could cost €350 above Vodafone store prices.

Has your phone been lost, stolen, or damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your phone has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact one of our customer care representatives on 1907 or if you are a business customer on 1800 30 80 20.
Our representatives will immediately dispatch a claims form to you and if necessary bar the handset to prevent any unauthorized usage on it.
