How to access your voicemail
We offer free voicemail to all our customers. Just dial 171 to listen to your messages anytime. The first time you dial into voicemail, you’ll be prompted to record a personal message and set up your mailbox.
What voicemail does for you
Voicemail records messages for you when your mobile is switched off or if you’re on another call, can’t get to your phone or are out of coverage.
Voicemail can record up to 20 messages of up to 2 minutes each.
Instant callback – what is it?
Callback is an added feature on your voicemail that lets you return a call as you’re listening to your messages. Simply press 6 during or immediately following the message to return the call. If you change your mind, just press * to return to your mailbox.
Callback works for any mobile or landline number in the Republic of Ireland.
There’s no connection fee– calls are charged at the usual rate according to your price plan.
