Vodafone’s Business Contact for Free makes it easy to keep in touch with your essential business contacts.

What is Business Contact for Free?

It lets you ring one Irish Vodafone mobile or landline number for 60 minutes a month for free. The offer applies to voice calls only - it can’t be used for text messages.

Who can use it?

Business Contact for Free is available to bill pay business customers. If you’re on Wireless Office or Wireless Office Share Plus or some of our old business price plans, and you don’t participate in any other Vodafone discounts, you’ll be eligible.

Are all calls to my nominated number free?

You get 60 minutes of free calls to one number of your choice each month.

  • When you exceed your 60 minutes, calls to that number will be charged at your usual rate.
  • The offer only applies to calls made in Ireland. When you’re roaming, your calls to your Business Contact for Free number will be charged as with any other roaming call. But you can sign up to Vodafone Passport to get better roaming rates whenever you travel.

Can I change the number I choose as my free contact?

You can change your Business Contact for Free number once a month. Just register the new number with us before you get your monthly bill and we'll activate it on your next billing day

What if I don’t use all my minutes?

You can’t carry over unused Business Contact for Free minutes from month to month, and credit won’t be granted in lieu of any unused minutes.

Sign in to My Vodafone or call our Business Care team on 1907 to register your Business Contact for Free.

Please note: In order to meet the growing demand for telephone numbers, the Commission for Communications Regulation will be making changes to fixed line area codes in some parts of the country. These changes may affect your Business Contact for Free number. But don't worry. Just continue calling the current number as normal until the period of parallel running ends. On the change-over date, we will make all the necessary changes to ensure the new number will also be free of charge. This will be done with no disruption to your mobile service.
