Údarás na Gaeltachta is the regional authority responsible for economic, social and cultural development in the seven Gaeltacht areas across the country.
We opted for BlackBerry from Vodafone as it meant we could be contacted at any time, anywhere in the country. Since making the switch, our level of service has improved considerably.

How did Vodafone partner with Údarás na Gaeltachta?
We recommended that they use BlackBerry as a solution, and they've since equipped over half of their workforce with the smartphone.
Its staff of 113 people covers a large geographical area and, therefore, they spend a considerable amount of time on the road. Given the organisation’s role in the community, staff need to be contacted easily by both colleagues and public alike.
