I've ordered broadband - how do I get started?

Here's what you'll need at your end:

  • A working phone line, suitable for broadband
  • A UAN or a EAN from your current service provider
  • PC or Mac that run any version of Windows, Mac OS or Unix/Linux operating systems

And here's how we'll set up your broadband for you:

  • We'll transfer your landline to Vodafone, which will take up to 10 days
  • Once your landline is transferred over, we'll activate your broadband connection, which will take up to 21 days.
  • You'll get a welcome letter letting you know that everything is active. And if you've ordered a wireless modem, we'll let you know that it's on its way.
  • The modem will take 2-3 days to get to you, and it comes with an easy-to-understand user guide.

Which package do I need?

It depends on the size of your business - that should affect the amount of data allowance you'll need (your download limit) plus the speed of connection that will work best for you.

The higher the speed, the more information you can share, quickly. That's why all our bundles are based on speed.

Essential Vodafone Office bundle: €49.99

  • Usage limit = 40GB
  • Free landline, free calls
  • Download speed = Up to 8Mb
  • Upload speed = up to 512Kb

Advanced Vodafone Office bundle: €79.99

  • Usage limit = Unlimited
  • Free landline, free calls
  • Download speed = 12Mb
  • Upload speed = up to 1Mb

Premium Vodafone Office bundle: €89.99

  • Usage limit = Unlimited
  • Free landline, free calls
  • Download speed = 24Mb
  • Upload speed = up to 1Mb

Every bundle comes with a single landline phone line, plus free local & national landline calls and free calls to all Vodafone mobiles.

What about add ons?

You can customise any bundle to do more for you. Our add ons include:

  • Wireless modem - useful if you need to get online in meeting rooms or when visiting clients
  • Mobile broadband - useful if you need to stay connected on the road
  • Security - recommended to keep your data secure

Add ons are an optional extra, but they cost much less with a bundle they would be on their own. You can find more add on details within every broadband bundle description.
