So far under Vodafone’s sponsorship, some 360 GAA All Stars have been given out to 26 counties in football and hurling. Over the past twelve years, footballers from 21 different counties have received awards, with Kerry topping the honours list with 40 awards, Tyrone second on 25 and Galway third on 18.
At the end of the Championship season, 45 players are nominated from each code, before the final fifteen are announced at the Vodafone All Star Awards. An All Star award is highly treasured and highlights the outstanding skill, dedication and commitment demonstrated by players throughout the season.
