Our preferred billing method is ebilling as this is better for the environment and better for our customers in terms of receiving your bill more quickly . We have developed a number of ways you can avail of our self-service options on billing information.

In addition to our self help service, our Customer Service Representatives, will be happy to assist with your Billing or Payments enquiry.
Our aim is to resolve your enquiry on your initial contact with Vodafone. However if it is a more complex enquiry that we cannot resolve at the time of initial contact, we will commit to resolving your enquiry within five working days of initial contact. During this time, we will keep you informed of progress with your enquiry. If a resolution within this timetable is outside our control due to third party involvement e.g. where we are billing on behalf of another service provider, we will give you a timeframe within which your enquiry will be resolved. If for any reason a refund is determined we will inform you and update your account balance within 30 days.
